I travel w my dog so it’s important that she will be with me without guilt. My room was amazingly clean and fresh smelling. The room was fitted w tv, microwave and small refrigerator. The mattress was firm and felt new. The owners are clearly gardeners so I enjoyed walking around the property admiring their handy work. The owner, gen manager, night clerk was friendly, informative and in excellent humor. I would stay again.

I have used this hotel for the last 3 years because my daughter went to school at the college up from it. The staff is amazing, friendly and the rooms are well kept. It is also quite which I love and sits right by the free way.

Close to highway and restaurants. It was a lean warm room. We would consider staying again.

Although it is not new, it was clean and well maintained. The shower was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great for the Mountain Market. The reservationist was kind and helpful.

The side of the building that I was put on was facing the main highway, so it was fairly noisy most of the night. Otherwise, the room was acceptable. Did appreciate the fact that the refrigerator had a small freezer in it.

No breakfast offered.Rom was clean and comfortable. Location was very good.

1st the front desk . Husband and wife I believe? Super nice welcoming helpful! Got us into our room quickly . Rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff is also very nice and sweet. We did get stuck waiting for our Uber but the desk was very nice about letting us wait in the lobby.

The owners have great customer service and welcoming atmosphere. I like that it's not too far from Sewanne and I have a daughter that goes to the University. I've traveled from Birmingham Alabama for almost 2 years coming here. I hate if it's not an available room. The rooms are always clean.
